According to the Kauffman Foundation, 1% of companies in America raise venture capital and 18% use bank loans. That means 81% of entrepreneurs are unserved by traditional capital markets.
As funders, our job is to provide products that serve our customers, founders. There are amazing businesses to be built within that 81% if they had access to growth capital that fit their circumstances. In fact, we’ve found these founders all across Colorado.
We need funding instruments to fit our founders – not the other way around.
